I always look forward to Christmas dinner. And it’s a cherry on the cake when there’s a good selection of vegetable sides on the table to go with the dinner. At my home, the sides often steal the show and disappear before the main dishes are even served.

I’ve put together a list of over 15 vegetable sides for Christmas, some of which I make every year. You’ll find potato salads, roasted vegetables, cheesy bakes, and a few lighter sides. Most of these recipes take less than 30 minutes to prepare and use simple ingredients that are readily available.
I hope you find a few new favorites to serve at your Christmas dinner.
