Chocolate Glazed Apple Rings

I love snacking on something sweet and crunchy in the afternoon. These Chocolate Glazed Apple Donuts are one of my favorite afternoon snacks.

I can make these apple rings in less than 15 minutes with just an apple and some melted chocolate. I usually make a few extra and keep them in the fridge for later.

This recipe makes 5 rings using 1 apple. I like serving them at evening tea parties and holiday gatherings. They’re also fun to make for kids’ parties, especially when you have a few different toppings to choose from.
